Well, I'm really at a loss now. I understand How familiarity can breed contempt, but even with contempt, there should be restraint, along with personal responsibility.
I visited several personal rooms last night, and I finally ended up in LonesomeDove's room. It was quiet, and the air felt thick with tension, so I took the mic and asked.. why are the personal rooms so quiet? and stilted? Uninteresting topics being topics at all? Well, Dove took the mic to tell me, it was because of THE TATTLER. (sigh)
She conveyed that people are fearful that anything they relate in a chatroom is used as fodder for THE TATTLERS writings. She said people are tired of being bashed by the everyday posts of THE TATTLER, so they keep still. She railed on for a bit about the Authors, which I tried to follow (I swear I did), but I remain confused because snowogre pointed out how people can be fooled by photoshopping photos.
Anyways, to make a long story short, the gist of what Dove was saying was this; No one should befriend an author of a blog that "hurts peoples' feelings".
Obviously, I asked Dove if she felt that the SIP author should be revealed because of the "hurtful" things they posted for years.. to which she replied an emphatic; "NO!!". Ok, this confused me, because of her premise initially, but she emphatically kept taking the mic and defending the SIP.
Ok, fair enough, but then I asked Dove if she actually "knew" who authored the SIP and she said yes. I then went on to ask her on mic if she'd "reveal" WHO THE SIP WAS?.. She said; "NO!! it was revealed to me in confidence, and I won't break a confidence".
OK.. now I'm REALLY confused... I thought friends of bloggers that bash but won't reveal their identity were to be shunned, stoned, trashed, avoided, and despised???
THE ONLY BLOGS THAT I KNOW OF THAT THE AUTHOR SIGNS ARE ELEANOR AND MYSELF!!
If THE TATTLER is a bastard for not signing their blog, and pressured to reveal their identity, shouldn't the same rule apply to the SIP????
In a rational, logical mind, the answer is; YES.
OK, now let's jump to this morning----
I pulled up the TATTLER to read with my coffee, and low and behold, the TATTLER was pissed!! I then went to Doves' blog and found out why....
I was really shocked..I mean, I understand anger, and I understand competition... but what I don't understand is STALKING with intent to reveal someones personal information.
Dove? Ya went too far, I'm surprised, but I know I shouldn't be.. I told you last night that anger can be fresh and raw initially, but it should (in a heathy mental capacity) cool off and eventually subside... this vendetta with charles has been held by you for far too long, now your obsession with him has proven scarey, and extremely unbalanced with reason.
It's not like I haven't been trashed by charles, greeny, sally, and many others, but look, I never would put someones personal info out there for any maniac to see. What's wronmg with your thinking ability??
I gotta tell ya Dove... Theres something bad wrong with somebody taking it this far... You need to reflect on this... and seriously THINK of the possibilities of what you've done. This is sad. Nuttycrazy was right.
